MatLab Training Sessions
Spring 2001

Dynamic Neuroimaging Laboratory
UC San Francisco

Many of the cognitive neuroscience labs here are beginning to use SPM for fMRI analysis. SPM is written in (and runs on top of) Matlab. Consequently everyone now has access to Matlab itself, which is a very powerful and useful general tool for looking at and manipulating data, and for modelling and simulation. So, we're running a series of training sessions on Matlab for anyone who is interested. Programming experience is not required; the sessions will start at a basic level, but still be very useful for those who know other languages but not Matlab.

We've settled on Wednesdays from 1-2:30pm. The sessions are held at the DNL. You are welcome to drop in to any session. Just email or call me for the date of the next session.
